We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our Bench Sales team by identifying, researching, and generating quality leads across the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a Bench Sales environment, a strong understanding of US work visas, and experience sourcing potential clients, vendors, and requirements for consultants on the bench.
Key Responsibilities● Research and identify potential clients, vendors, implementation partners, and staffing firms across the US market.
● Generate and maintain a database of hiring managers, recruiters, account managers, and decision-makers.
● Source and qualify new business opportunities for Bench Sales consultants.
● Understand consultant profiles and match them with relevant client requirements.
● Maintain and update CRM, lead trackers, and sales databases with accurate information.
● Conduct email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
● Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, implementation partners, and direct clients.
● Collaborate with Bench Sales Recruiters to support consultant marketing efforts.
● Track lead generation metrics and provide regular reports on outreach activities and results.
● Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, and staffing industry developments.
Required Qualifications● Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Bench Sales, or US IT Staffing.
● Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and Bench Sales process.
● Knowledge of US work visas, including H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, Green Card, US Citizen, and EAD categories.
● Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, staffing directories, and lead generation tools.
● Excellent internet research and data mining skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications● Experience working with US IT consultants and technologies.
● Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and staffing databases.
● Experience with email marketing and outreach automation tools.
● Understanding of consultant marketing and requirement matching.
