Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Surat. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth. Responsibilities include market research, developing outreach strategies, drafting proposals, and conducting presentations for clients. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in C&I, Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Projects
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
- Handle complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for project feasibility and execution
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3.–5 years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy sector
- Strong understanding of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
