Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales targets for home loans and cross-sell while building client relationships.
  2. Manage a team of relationship managers and optimize productivity.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs and builders to grow business.
  4. Ensure smooth processing from login to disbursement and liaise with internal departments.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate degree, Master's/Postgraduate optional.
  2. Proven experience in sales process management and team leadership.
  3. Strong relationship-building and cross-selling skills.
  4. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
