About the Role
We are currently hiring two Business Development Executives to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience, one in the Travel Industry and the other in Edtech Sales.
We are looking for professionals who are creative problem solvers, effective communicators, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)
Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients
Handle the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and closure
Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
Provide high-quality customer service and communication throughout the sales process
Position 1: Business Development Executive Travel Industry (B2C Sales)
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales within the Travel / Tourism / Hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages
* Experience in selling holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and related travel services
* Ability to understand customer requirements and customize itineraries accordingly
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
* Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
* Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation
Position 2: Business Development Executive EdTech Sales
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales
* Experience in B2C sales on educational products, courses, or platforms
* Strong understanding of EdTech products, online learning solutions, or SaaS-based education tools
* Experience in lead management, counseling, follow-ups, and closures
* Ability to explain product benefits clearly and handle objections confidently
* Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Result-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
General Qualifications (Both Roles)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage
