Role Description

We are hiring a Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying potential leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong relationships with students and partners.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote Standyou's services, deliver impactful presentations, and contribute to initiatives that align with our vision and business goals.

Compensation

Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives with the potential to exceed the base salary

Qualifications & Skills

Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations

Experience in lead generation and market research to identify new opportunities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis is an added advantage

Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
