Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, and generate B2B leads for IT and digital marketing services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/digital marketing solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for proposals and presentations
