Hiring for Business Development Role (Inside Sales)

Eligibility:

• Any Graduates
• Relevant international sales experience required.
• Comfortable with U.S. Shifts: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Work Location: Chennai (Onsite at Global Delivery Center, Ambattur)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Making/Doing cold calls and Lead generation targeting B2B clients in the IT sector - 100-150 calls per day.
• Generate and manage new leads, setting meetings with prospective U.S. clients.
• Drive the entire business development process from initial call through to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across all levels.
• Contribute to the client base expansion and maintain business performance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Business, HR, or related field.
• Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven sales track record.
