Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include executing business growth strategies, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential opportunities in target markets
• Strong skills in Account Management for maintaining and nurturing client relationships
• Business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with company offerings
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport effectively
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
