Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 35 years of experience
in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation to help us grow our client base and close high-value deals. The
ideal candidate should have strong exposure to C2H, Contract, and Permanent staffing models
and a proven ability to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises)
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Prepare proposals, rate cards, and commercial discussions
Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation sales
Strong knowledge of C2H, Contract & Permanent hiring
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Experience working with Indian and/or international clients is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
