Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 years of proven experience in business growth, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and leadership qualities to manage and mentor a team of BDEs. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound lead generation is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Identify, approach, and close potential clients through effective networking and relationship management.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless project execution.
  • Track key business metrics and report progress to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Strong experience in Lead Generation and prospecting.
  • Practical working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small sales team.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
