Job Role-Inside Sales Executive

Reports To -Associate Director of Sales

Base Location-Pune Maharashtra

Eligibility Criteria Education-Min: Graduate (Any Graduate)

Relevant Professional-Experience Min: 0 year - Max: 2 Year

Scope Of Work / Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads, qualify them based on company criteria, and schedule meetings with solar consultants.

Build rapport with potential customers and address initial queries about solar solutions.

Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.

Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions.

Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes.

Expectations

12 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales funnels.

Energetic, results-oriented, and eager to learn.

The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customer

Proficiency in MS Office
