Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our sustainability services division. As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our sustainability services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and looking to make a difference in the business world.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tele-calling (make 2530 calls with prospective clients).
  2. Arrange meetings with potential consumers.
  3. Site visits when and where required (weekly thrice) to explain our services to clients and close deals.
  4. Assist in regulatory study for Maharashtra and stay updated.
  5. Prepare weekly and monthly updates on client database.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the sustainability services industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and industry trends.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  6. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Some other key skills and qualities desired are mentioned below:

  • High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Capacity to work independently and build networks
