Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional at Smart Homes in Pune. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to drive sales and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Functional Area

  • Exploring Business Opportunities by visiting Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical & Lighting Consultants.
  • Participating in initial project planning till specifications.
  • Sales & technical presentations to clients and key decision makers.
  • Targeting Product specific customers.
  • Plan and Execute Business Development Strategy
  • Identify new clientele and generate business from existing ones.
  • Managing few premium key accounts for complete lighting solutions.

Desired Profile

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Should have experience in working with ultra luxury products / client.
  • Candidates with experience in working with Luxury Interior products can also be considered.
  • Should be capable of working independently and achieving sales target assigned by management.
  • Should have good MS Office skills especially excel.
