Broad Function:
We are looking to hire high-acumen, aggressive BDE'S based in India who can hunt, engage, and generate qualified meetings for international markets including EMEA, APAC, ANZ, and the US. This role requires strong outbound skills, confidence in engaging senior decision-makers, and the ability to own and build a pipeline across global regions.
Thisis a strategic, high-ownership role for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate about technology, logistics, and solving real-world problems in delivery infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and email outreach
- Targeting & ICP Identification- Identify and target the right Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across assigned regions
- Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with CXOs, operations heads, and senior decision-makers in international markets.
- Objection Handling & Meeting Conversion- Handle objections confidently and drive conversations toward qualified meetings.
- Regional Ownership & Accountability- Own a specific region or market and be accountable for:
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline creation
- Opportunity quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align on messaging and target accounts.
- CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting in CRM tools

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- 48 years of outbound B2B sales experience
- B2B mid-market SaaS products or services
- Strong preference for candidates from adjacent or relevant industries, such as:
- Building automation, facilities, infrastructure, or hardware-led B2B solutions
- Proven experience selling into commercial or large residential projects
- Excellent cold calling and email prospecting skills
- Prior exposure to international markets (EMEA, APAC, ANZ, US) is a strong plus
- Strong ability to qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Effective objection handling and persistence in pushing for meetings
- Confident, persuasive, and outcome-driven communication style
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a region or market
- Data-driven mindset with focus on targets and conversions
