Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

2. Client Connections
Introduce our creative capabilities with clarity and confidence.
Understand brand needs and translate them into actionable briefs.
Nurture warm leads and maintain long-term rapport.
3. Pitching & Presentations
Support the creation of compelling pitch decks and proposals.
Participate in meetings, briefings, and capability presentations.
Present our strengths in a crisp, engaging manner.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work with creative, strategy, and servicing teams to shape proposals.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth movement of all leads.
Keep communication clear, fast, and organised.
5. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain updated trackers for leads, meetings, and closures.
Share weekly updates on progress and conversions.
Keep the CRM/MIS sheet tidy and insight-driven.
Skills & Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related field.
2-5 years experience in business development or sales (agency background preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfort with brand communication and digital marketing basics.
Energetic, target-focused, and self-driven.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, and LinkedIn.
