Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's stock market and financial services clearly to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly business targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
• Support clients during the onboarding and registration process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
• Stay updated with basic stock market concepts, trading services, and financial-market developments.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tele calling, Stock Market, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Basic understanding of the stock market and trading.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and client acquisition.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
