Job Title: Business Development Executive

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individuals to join our Business
Development team. This position is designed for aspiring professionals who are eager to gain
hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and the fin-legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include:
1. Proactive Outreach: Conduct intensive outbound calling and follow-up with potential
clients identified through various lead channels.
2. Client Education & Trust Building: Clearly articulate Minpay's value proposition,
explaining our debt resolution and loan settlement services to potential clients. Address their
concerns effectively and build immediate trust and rapport.
3. Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-up communication to nurture leads
through the sales cycle until final closure and successful conversion.
4. Market Feedback: Gather insights from client interactions to provide valuable feedback to
the operations and marketing teams, contributing to continuous improvement.
5. Coordination: Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive
onboarding experience for new clients.
6. Target Achievement: Contribute towards and strive to meet defined weekly and monthly
lead conversion and engagement targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
(BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Proficiency in using CRM software (or willingness to learn rapidly).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior internship experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
Stipend & Salary:
Full-Time Compensation: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Performance Based Incentives
