Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B collaborations with educational and research institutes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering partnerships that drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential educational and research institutes for collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential collaborators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner institutes.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for event execution and promotions.
- Ensure target is achieved in terms of number of institutes onboarded and revenue generated per conference.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the education or research sector.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing B2B partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
