Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Bangalore and Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing client communications, resolving customer concerns, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identifying opportunities for improving client experiences. The role may also involve tracking client feedback and preparing reports, as well as presenting insights on ways to enhance service delivery. Person will have to supervise site while executing the project. Travelling will be essential part of work. Person have to work on end to end work starting to site measurements to execution of project with payment completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in client management, customer service, and project coordination
  • Experience in interior and fixtures and furniture will be advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts
  • Understanding of retail display or furniture solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and strong computer literacy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a dynamic work environment
