Position Overview: Business Growth Associate
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Growth Associate to support and execute the agency's client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate comes with 1-2 years of experience in a PR, digital, or creative agency setup and has hands-on exposure to lead generation, pitch preparation, and client conversations.
This role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, a solid understanding of luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and social media ecosystems, and the ability to independently manage outreach pipelines. The candidate should be confident, structured, and capable of handling early-stage client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research high-potential brands across luxury, fashion, hospitality, F&B, and lifestyle sectors
- Build and manage structured lead databases and outreach trackers
- Map key decision-makers and CXO-level contacts
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms
Pitch & Proposal Development
- Develop customized pitch decks and presentations (strong PPT skills required)
- Draft proposals, scopes of work, and introductory communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements
- Prepare case studies and industry-specific credentials
Sales Cycle Support
- Support the full sales cycle from lead identification to conversion
- Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify prospects
- Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up tracking
- Assist in revenue forecasting and monthly reporting
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Stay updated on trends in luxury, PR, influencer marketing, and social media
- Track competitor activity and emerging brands
- Suggest proactive pitch ideas and new vertical opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Growth, Sales, or Client Acquisition within an agency
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pipeline tracking, reporting, lead management)
- Strong PowerPoint skills (structuring, storytelling, formatting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of luxury brands, PR structures, scopes of work, and social media ecosystems
- Ability to independently manage outreach and follow-ups
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or luxury brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exposure to CXO-level client interactions
