About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to support business expansion in the USA market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales or exposure to overseas clients and a strong understanding of consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the USA market.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, and Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in client negotiations, prepare proposals, and support deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
  • Represent the organization in virtual meetings, client presentations, and industry engagements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and periodic performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with exposure to international markets.
  • Understanding of international trade practices and pricing strategies is desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to work across USA time zones as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or handling enterprise clients.
  • Prior exposure to the USA market or global clients.
  • Experience working with cross-functional or remote teams.
