Business Development Executive
Location: Sector 47, Gurugram (Full-time, On-site)
We are looking for a confident and practical Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Shizzy, a full-stack tech & marketing consultancy. This role is focused on outbound sales, client communication, and closing opportunities for our development and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Clearly explain Shizzy's services related to web development, marketing, branding, and digital solutions
- Identify client requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings and discussions with the technical/strategy team
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end
- Close deals and support onboarding of new clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with active clients
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and practical sales skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers
- Ability to understand and explain service-based offerings (tech & marketing)
- Organised approach to follow-ups and deal tracking
- Previous experience in a marketing, digital, or tech agency is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and grow in a consultancy environment
