Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive (Global Markets)

Experience: Fresher / Upto 2 years

Employment Type: Full time

Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)

Time Zone: Working afternoon shifts (1 PM IST to 10 PM IST).

Markets: US, UK, Australia, Europe & Middle East

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream), Excel Literacy, Tech Savviness, Researcher

Opening doors - finding potential customers and getting them interested

enough to speak with a senior people of the organization/ Account Executives (AEs)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, people-first Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who is

excited about building relationships, telling compelling stories, and opening doors across

global markets.

This is a hands-on, learning-heavy role where you will work directly with founders and

leadership to:

  • Build our digital presence
  • Connect with decision-makers across geographies
  • Generate qualified leads
  • Support early-stage business development initiatives

If you love talking to people, writing, creating content, and learning how global B2B sales

works, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage content for:

o LinkedIn (posts, comments, DMs)

o Website blogs, case studies, thought leadership

o Email campaigns and newsletters

  • Assist in executing digital campaigns (organic + paid)
  • Track engagement, leads, and basic analytics
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target accounts

(2) Sales & Business Development

  • Research and identify potential clients across global markets
  • Initiate outreach via:

o LinkedIn

o Email

o Professional communities and events

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule introductory calls and demos
  • Maintain CRM / lead trackers and follow-up pipelines
  • Support proposal creation and pitch decks

Relationship Building

  • Engage professionally with CXOs, founders, and senior leaders
  • Build long-term relationships, not just one-time leads
  • Represent the company with confidence and clarity in written and verbal communication

Who We're Looking For: Must-Have Traits

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Confidence in reaching out to new people (no fear of cold outreach)
  • Curiosity about business, technology, and global markets
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to LinkedIn marketing or content creation
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or consulting
  • Familiarity with tools like:

o LinkedIn Sales Navigator

o HubSpot / Zoho / Notion / Google Sheets

  • MBA / Marketing / Communications background
