Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Role Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting sales growth, expanding market reach, building strong customer and channel relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across product categories. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an understanding of the building materials and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Support sales growth through channel expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Assist in expanding business presence across new markets and customer segments.

Channel & Customer Management

  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and institutional customers.
  • Support onboarding and engagement of new channel partners.
  • Ensure strong product visibility and market presence.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to improve repeat business.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Share market insights and sales updates with the management team.
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and MIS data.

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support the sales pipeline and business conversion activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Brand Promotion

  • Support marketing activities, trade events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Promote in-house brands (Ganga & Fotia) and contribute to category growth.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
  • Experience in building materials, construction, steel, plumbing, sanitaryware, tiles, or related industries will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
