Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. This is not a support role. You will be responsible for building a pipeline from scratch and consistently closing high-value deals.

You will work closely with the tech team to sell high-impact solutions in AI, custom software, and staff augmentation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales across US, UAE, India, and Australia markets
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and platforms like Upwork
  • Build and manage your own pipeline without relying on marketing support
  • Understand client requirements and position Ideafloats as a premium tech partner
  • Work with internal tech teams to create proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals independently
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum ₹5L+ monthly closures (non-negotiable)
  • Consistent pipeline generation and deal movement
  • Ability to handle longer sales cycles and global clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in IT services sales (must-have)
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads

Experience selling one or more of the following:

  • AI / AI agents solutions
  • Custom software development
  • Staff augmentation services
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client communication
  • Comfortable working independently with high ownership
  • Excellent communication skills for international clients
