Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Brandshark at client meetings, business events, conferences, networking sessions, and industry gatherings.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable branding, digital marketing, IT, and software solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, and project management to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Build, track, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with short-term and long-term opportunities.
  • Attend exhibitions, startup events, corporate meets, and networking platforms to strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure strong relationship management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Requirement

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Experience in selling IT services, branding, digital marketing, or software solutions.
  • Strong B2B And B2C sales experience..
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong networking, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable attending external meetings, conferences, and corporate events independently.
  • Strong understanding of client engagement and relationship management.
