Job Description:-

• Client acquisition.
• Meeting sales targets and generating meetings of B2B clients.
• Identifying new sales leads.
• Experience Recruitment sales.
• Responsible for cold calling, lead generation and contact closures for different Industry verticals.
• Responsible for New Business for End to End cycle recruitment and Sourcing also.
• Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for acquiring the business from clients and effectively using existing accounts to reach targeted sales numbers.
• Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
• Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments.
• Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective Recruitment solutions.
• Develop a strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
