Job Description

The role is for Business Development Executive for Europe Market with below KRA

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop business opportunities for the Europe market.

*Conduct market research and identify potential overseas clients and recruitment opportunities.

*Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, portals, and other business platforms.

*Coordinate with international clients regarding manpower requirements.

*Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

*Arrange and attend client meetings virtually or physically whenever required.

*Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

*Coordinate with recruitment teams for sourcing suitable candidates as per client requirements.

*Prepare client reports, market updates, and business development trackers.

*Maintain proper records of client communication and business activities.
