Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and managing business accounts. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

CTC : 2.4LPA - 3LPA

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in working with startups or in the technology sector is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients in target segments and geographies (India-focused). Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads.

Conduct discovery calls, product/service demos, and sales presentations to key decision-makers.

Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, need analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Manage and update the CRM on a daily basis, ensuring data accuracy, proper lead tracking, and pipeline visibility.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including closing deals worth approximately USD 50,000 per year per client (or equivalent in INR).

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product, and support) to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.

Continuously gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to refine outreach strategy and offerings.

Required Experience

1 3 years of experience in B2B business development / inside sales / account acquisition, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or related industries.

Proven experience in multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

Demonstrated track record of managing a sales pipeline through a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).

Experience closing B2B deals with an annual contract value (ACV) of around USD 50,000 per year in the Indian market (or equivalent cumulative deal value).
