Location: Vadodara (Work From Office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious International Business Development Executive to expand our global client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to achieve targets, and experience in handling international clients. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational hours based on international market timings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets through research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas clients via calls, emails, chats, and virtual meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
  • Develop and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with technical and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in global regions.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated with product/service knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) must be confident in handling international clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong international communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in International Sales / Business Development (IT industry preferred).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts as per international time zones (US/UK/Canada/Australia, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of lead-generation tools, CRM systems, email marketing, and cold calling strategies.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
