Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing business proposals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, meeting potential clients, presenting solutions, and closing business deals. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Business and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Market research and analytical skills for identifying business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of business software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in an on-site capacity in Gurugram and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
