RovenLabs is a creative AI content studio specializing in cinematic storytelling and high-impact campaigns for consumer brands that sell DPC products. We are a creative agency that blends filmmaking expertise with cutting-edge AI to produce scroll-stopping ad films, product films, and brand content designed to elevate how products show up and strengthen brand presence across every screen.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurgaon. We're hiring a Sales Executive (mid-level) who can confidently manage outbound sales, engage with founders and marketing teams. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and understanding business objectives
  • Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Fluent English (mandatory)

  • Pay: ₹300,000.00-₹700,000.00 per year + Incentives
