Role Description This is a full-time, on-site New Business Development Executive role based in Civil Lines. The New Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role involves conducting market research, reaching out to prospective partners and retailers, delivering product pitches, and scheduling meetings to showcase Toyo Kombucha's offerings. The individual will manage and nurture new and existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and delivery, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and feedback to support strategic growth.
Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven Account Management and relationship-building capabilities to maintain and grow key accounts and channel partners.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and consistent achievement of targets or quotas.
- Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods sales is preferred; familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus.
- Comfort working in field-oriented, on-site roles with frequent client visits in and around Civil Lines and nearby areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- High level of self-motivation, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-growing startup environment.
