About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects for our marketing and website services. You will work with the founder and sales team to accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and calls
Respond to inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
Conduct sales calls and present our services clearly
Share proposals and follow up to close deals
Coordinate with the operations team after onboarding
Maintain CRM, reporting, and daily activity logs
Fivers, Upwork knowledge will be a bonus skill.
Hit monthly business and meeting targets
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in business development or inside sales
Experience in a digital marketing/performance marketing agency preferred
Good understanding of marketing services like Meta ads, Google ads, Shopify, and Email automation
Upwork, Fiver knowledge will be a bonus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven mindset and target-oriented approach
Comfortable with outreach and follow-up processes
Salary
₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives
Higher package for candidates with strong closing skills
