Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bulandshahr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, creating and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, making presentations to clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver custom solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, client acquisition, and establishing strategic partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue objectives
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data management, and reporting
  • Ability to work on-site in Bulandshahr and travel for client meetings, if necessary
  • Prior experience in the language service industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
