Profile: - Business Development Executive

Location: - Tilak Nagar

Exp: - 2+ Years in Staffing or Recruitment Sales

Budget: - Upto 32K

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and acquire new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and procurement managers.

Conduct regular market research to identify prospective clients and emerging trends.

Collaborate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.

Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to prospective clients.

Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Participate in networking events, client meetings, and business forums to promote company services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing business development (IT/Non-IT staffing, temporary or permanent staffing).

Strong understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 models (for US staffing roles) or RPO/contract staffing models (for domestic market).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms for business outreach.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or related field.
