Role Description
We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Tasks include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and account management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business operations and strategic planning
- Excellent Communication skills for client engagement and relationship building
- Experience in Account Management with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
