Job Role

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.

Coordinate with marketing teams for social media, print, and digital marketing initiatives.

Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Generate leads for new admissions through various channels, including inquiries, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.

Organise open houses, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Build partnerships with residential societies and local businesses for referral programs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and marketing activities.

Share insights and suggestions to improve admission performance and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience and expertise in Business strategy development and growth initiatives
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, relationship building, and internal collaboration
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and building long-term client relationships
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in consulting or similar industries is an advantage
