Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kottayam. The responsibilities include generating leads, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and establishing relationships with potential clients. The role also involves managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the team to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business operations and sales processes
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain relationships and ensure customer retention
- Proven ability to meet targets and work under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in pest control or service-oriented industries will be a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus
