Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kottayam. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients. The role involves presenting the company's products and services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role includes regular interaction with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and align solutions with the company's offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
• Strong Business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in international business and B2B business development is a plus
