Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international client communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure prompt resolution of queries.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term B2B customer relationships.
  • Manage and track the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho CRM or equivalent).
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business performance updates.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth strategies.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring high-quality client service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 1 year of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
