Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderbad, Chennai (Centralized Inside Sales Team)

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Business Development Director (BDD)

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline development across India.

This role is the foundation of the sales engine, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified opportunities for:

  • Sales Managers
  • Regional Heads
  • Business Development Director

You will work as part of a centralized inside sales team (21 members) supporting PAN India growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through:
  • LinkedIn & online platforms
  • Databases & research tools
  • Cold calling & email outreach
  • Generate leads across:
  • Enterprises (B2B)
  • Government (B2G)
  • Institutions (Education, Healthcare, etc.)
2. Client Outreach & Engagement
  • Initiate contact with prospects via:
  • Calls
  • Emails
  • LinkedIn messaging
  • Present Bhionix offerings and create interest
  • Schedule meetings/demo calls for Sales Managers
3. Pipeline Development
  • Qualify leads based on:
  • Budget
  • Requirement
  • Decision-making authority
  • Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
4. CRM Management & Reporting
  • Update all activities in CRM tools
  • Track:
  • Leads
  • Follow-ups
  • Conversions
  • Share daily/weekly reports with managers
5. Cross-Selling Support
  • Promote solutions across all Bhionix companies:
  • IT services
  • AI & automation
  • ERP systems
  • Drone solutions
  • Healthcare & hospitality tech
  • Identify opportunities to increase deal value
6. Collaboration with Sales Teams
  • Work closely with:
  • Sales Managers
  • Regional Heads
  • Marketing Team
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
7. Continuous Learning & Improvement
  • Stay updated on:
  • Company offerings
  • Industry trends
  • Competitor solutions
  • Improve pitch quality and conversion rate
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
  • Number of leads generated (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Qualified leads (MQL SQL conversion)
  • Meetings/demo calls scheduled
  • Pipeline contribution
  • Conversion ratio (lead opportunity)
  • Activity metrics (calls, emails, outreach)
Qualifications & Experience
  • 0–3 years in sales / business development / inside sales
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Background in IT / SaaS / business preferred
