Job Description

To drive international sales growth and expand market presence across LATAM, CIS, and African regions for the company's portfolio of Medical Devices, In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), and Contrast Media. The role requires a highly incentivized target-driven professional with strong distributor management, market-entry, and business development capabilities.

Location: Based in Dubai (handling key accounts in LATAM, CIS, and African regions)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets for the allocated international territories.
  • Identify, develop, and execute market expansion strategies across LATAM, CIS, and Africa.
  • Drive new business acquisition through distributor onboarding, direct sales, and channel partnerships.
  • Build robust sales pipelines and ensure timely conversion of opportunities.

2. Distributor & Channel Management

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors/agents in target markets.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and drive sales initiatives.
  • Provide training, marketing support, and product knowledge to channel partners.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand regulatory landscape, competition, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Develop region-specific sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track competitor activity and recommend strategic responses.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Coordination

  • Work closely with regulatory teams for product registrations and approvals in respective regions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tender requirements, and export norms.

5. Tender & Institutional Business

  • Identify and participate in government/private tenders, hospital procurement, and institutional sales.
  • Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals.

6. Customer Engagement

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, diagnostic labs, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions.

7. Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market updates.
  • Track territory performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue achievement vs. target
  • Distributor performance and expansion
  • New market/customer acquisition
  • Product registrations and launches
  • Pipeline conversion rate

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in international sales/export of Medical Devices, IVD, or Pharma products.
  • Proven track record in handling LATAM, CIS, or African markets.
  • Experience in distributor management and international business development is essential.

  • Multilingual ability (Spanish/Russian/French) is a plus
