Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, building prospect lists, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, and preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. The individual will nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, coordinate with recruitment consultants to understand hiring requirements, and ensure a smooth handover from business development to delivery. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, contributing to sales forecasts, and representing Antal International in client meetings, networking events, and other business forums.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience identifying prospects, building pipelines, and converting opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen, with the ability to understand client industries, hiring needs, and market trends to propose effective talent solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and confident client interaction.
- Solid Account Management capabilities, including maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, professional services, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools and MS Office (or similar) to manage leads, track activities, and prepare reports.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
