We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Regional Business Manager who can help expand our client base, generate business opportunities, and build long-term partnerships.

Role Overview

We are seeking energetic professionals with strong communication, sales, and client management skills who can drive business growth through strategic outreach, lead generation, relationship management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with potential clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Develop regional growth strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM reports
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Represent the company professionally during virtual and in-person client interactions

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and outreach strategies
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented mindset
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, or sales tools is a plus
