Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
- Pitch and sell SaaS software solutions to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Sales experience in the Hospitality industry is compulsory.
- Candidates must have worked with Hospitality-focused companies/platforms, such as: PMS / Channel Manager / CRS, OTAs, Restaurant POS / FoodTech.
- Hospitality Marketing or Reputation Management platforms.
- Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience selling SaaS, software products, or tech solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
