Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
  • Pitch and sell SaaS software solutions to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the Hospitality industry is compulsory.
  • Candidates must have worked with Hospitality-focused companies/platforms, such as: PMS / Channel Manager / CRS, OTAs, Restaurant POS / FoodTech.
  • Hospitality Marketing or Reputation Management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant business operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS, software products, or tech solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
