Role Description

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B SaaS sales team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on acquiring and onboarding restaurants onto the Batao AI platform. You will own the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile consistently achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B customers (restaurants, cafs, bars, food brands)
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including tele-calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
  • Deliver product demos clearly explaining Batao AI's value proposition and USPs
  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel including negotiation, closure, and onboarding coordination
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM tools
  • Gather market and customer feedback to help improve product positioning and sales strategies

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in core sales (inside or field sales)
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales is a strong plus
  • Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, Restaurants, Food & Beverage, or Software sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willing to work on-site from our Bengaluru office
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of one South Indian language is a plus
