Job Description – Business Development Executive (Industrial Packaging Solutions)

Department: Business Development

Reports to: Sales / Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore - Jigani

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business leads within targeted industries.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Identify potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market demands and operational improvements.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service updates.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities through CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in logistics, industrial services, or project solutions).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Kannada Speaking and understanding is mandatory
