About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)with hands-on experience in EdTech B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about counselling learners, converting leads, and thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C salesthrough inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targetswith strong conversion ratios.
- Manage and update leads efficiently using CRM tools.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and pipeline forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory:Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech B2C Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language or Marathi.
- Ability to handle high-volume callingand consistent follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-based environments.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
